Requirement department: Engineering Company/Rubber Company

Job responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain a sales network among design institutes, construction units, and property owners within the region;     
2. Track and operate ordinary, large, and key projects assigned by regional managers and major offices, including information collection, project tracking, business and technical negotiations, quotation suggestions, contract signing, execution, and payment collection;     
3. Execute contracts signed by others, including delivery, receipt, reconciliation, and payment collection;     
4. Accept the inventory and execution of personal contracts from the Credit Management Department, and carry out debt collection tasks.;     
5. Capture market information, provide feedback on competitors and product dynamics, and propose countermeasures;     
6. The occupational health, safety, and environmental responsibilities that should be executed are detailed in the "HSE Responsibilities of Sales Assistant Specialist Position";
7. Complete the temporary tasks assigned by the leader on time and efficiently.

 

Qualification:

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, mechanical manufacturing, and related majors;         
2. Two years of sales experience in related industries;         
3. Familiar with product structure, process flow, prestressing technology, bridge structure, marketing, public relations, customer relationship management, legal knowledge, and understanding of finance and statistical analysis; 
4. Proficient in using computer office software;         
5. Strong communication, negotiation, adaptability, stress resistance, analysis, judgment, and execution abilities;  
6. Can adapt to business trips.
