Smart Prestressing Tensioning System (OVM-SPT)

Consists of three components: an intelligent main pump station, an intelligent auxiliary pump station, and intelligent jacks. Additionally, when remote monitoring of tensioning construction is required, it is equipped with an upper computer and corresponding control software. Remote communication can be established using either wired or wireless methods, enabling multi-point synchronous tensioning.

Technical Parameters of Intelligent Pumping Station

Application conditions include:  two tendons and/or one tendons, single beam symmetric synchronous tensioning from both ends or from one end.

◆   2 pumps and 4 jacks （Suitable for symmetrical synchronous tension two pairs of tendons)

◆   1 pump and 2 jacks （Suitable for symmetrical synchronous tension one tendon)
