Nordex Acciona (NX-AW) is a joint venture between Germany and Spain that merged in 2016. It is a globally renowned operator of renewable energy (wind power, hydropower), with businesses including wind power equipment manufacturing, wind farm construction and operation.
The MULANUR wind power project in India is the second 40MW wind farm constructed by NX-AW in India, following the completion of the TELsang project in 2016. The total number of wind towers is 100, with a total investment of approximately RMB 1.2 billion. The planned construction period is from December 2018 to February 2020. Constructed by Nordex India Pvt. Ltd., the Indian subsidiary of NX-AW.
Since 2015, OVM has been selected by AW as a new supplier. After two years of investigation, technical solutions, and prototype installation verification, OVM's comprehensive capabilities and required external cable technical indicators meet AW's design requirements. In 2017, AW confirmed our company as a qualified supplier. The MULANUR wind power project in India uses 6 prestressed external cables for each tower, with a total quantity of 600 cables and a total weight of approximately 1500 tons. The products and services will be supplied by OVM company, with a total amount of approximately 28 million yuan.
Our company will provide guidance services for the installation of external cables. The service scope includes: providing installation construction plans and processes, construction training, monitoring and supervision services for key construction processes. The plan is to be implemented from June to December 2019.
