Liuzhou, 26 July OVM has successfully executed the integrated lifting of the left side mid-arch section of G75 Lanyang Expressways Qinjiang Bridge, achieving millimeter-level precision just weeks after setting a global benchmark with the right section lift. This dual achievement establishes new world records for both tonnage (1,900 tons) and span (232.2m) in concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge construction.

      Project Significance

The Qinjiang Bridge, located in Pinglu Canals urban section, is being reconstructed in situ to accommodate 5,000-ton vessels. OVM supplied critical components (hangers, tie cables, post-tensioning system) and led the lift engineering using its proprietary technologies.

      Breakthrough Methodology

Employing OVMs optimized "low-level assembly + integrated lifting" approach, the team:

1.Deployed 8×350-ton jacks with 4 hydraulic pumping stations

2.Utilized the next-generation LSDKC synchronous control system

3.Completed the 49.1m vertical lift in just 16 hours under computer-guided remote operation

OVMs newly upgraded hydraulic system demonstrated three critical advantages during this high-risk operation:

      1.Extreme Resilience-Uninterrupted performance under sustained high pressure/temperature

      2.Fiber-Optic Responsiveness-Long-range control with millisecond-level reaction

3.Cloud-Based Intelligence-Real-time synchronization monitoring via digital platform

This milestone not only accelerates the bridges completion but advances intelligent construction standards for mega-bridges globally.
