We're proud to share that OVM has successfully supported the Shuangyumen Bridge project in China with a millimeter-level precision lift, accurately positioning the 1,000-ton crossbeam on the Fodu side.

Key Highlights:

✅ Millimeter Precision: Height error controlled within 2mm.

✅ Intelligent Lifting System: Powered by OVM's advanced hydraulic stations (LSDB27*2) and jacks (LSD230t), integrating multi-point self-balancing and remote monitoring.

✅ World-Class Achievement: Shuangyumen Bridge is the world’s largest single-span steel box girder suspension bridge (1,768m span).

Despite freezing temperatures and strong winds, our team overcame logistical challenges to complete the 36-meter lift in 14 hours. This milestone reflects OVM's commitment to technical expertise, innovation, and safety in bridge engineering.

As part of the Ningbo-Zhoushan Port Liuweng Highway Bridge in China, the Shuangyumen Bridge marks a significant breakthrough in cross-sea bridge engineering, showcasing China's leadership in large-scale infrastructure projects.
